Really provides a great view of your swing. You can pick up any items of your swing that are incorrect such as body sway, dipping of shoulders.

Mirror works fine, so far only have used in full swing practise. Will begin using it for putting help. This mirror replaces my large heavy mirror which was too difficult to move around. The 360 mirror can be taken anywhere.

The convex mirror is a standard part of all my lessons - full swing, chipping and putting. My students see exactly what I see, so they learn much faster. Way to go!

A must have! |

I believe this is something every golfer should have, and there are reasons why. It's not that the shaft lean is goofy, it's that golfers DON'T REALIZE they are leaning the wrong way. This is proof that they are. The shaft lean is critical to get the ball rolling instead of hopping and skidding. This ONE MOVE will assist every golfer to roll the ball better. Also, shaft lean flattens the left wrist and helps keep from flipping.
Ball position is critical as well. One ball left of center insures a more solid strike and one that is straight toward the target. Too far toward the left foot and the blade is closed down. The mirror helps there too.
Head movement, yes. If the head moves, pretty certain the rest of the upper body is moving as well. Keep your head still and you'll make more putts.
There are a dozen or so additional uses for the mirror. I could go on and on.
